Professional engineer II
Scott Wolfer is a Professional Engineer II at ESD and works out of the Cheyenne office. Scott earned a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 2012. After graduating, he worked at a consulting firm in Houston, Texas before moving to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2016. Scott has worked on numerous commercial, educational, and institutional projects gaining valuable experience in steel, concrete, and masonry design.
Away from work, Scott enjoys fly fishing with his friends and family on the Big Horn river. He also loves to golf, hike, and spend time outside with his wife and two children.
